RCC Named “Great College to Work For”

The Great Colleges to Work For program is one of the largest and most respected workplace recognition programs in the country. Now in its thirteenth year, it recognizes the colleges that get top ratings from their employees regarding workplace practices and policies.

Rappahannock Community College has been named a “Great College to Work For” for six straight years and has achieved “Honor Roll” status three times, including this year. RCC is the only community college in the Commonwealth to receive the Honor Roll distinction this year.
