RCC is led by the President of the College and the Executive Staff and Administrative Council of Vice Presidents, Deans, and Directors. The Instruction Department oversees all aspects of credit and credential instruction, financial aid, and student success. The Finance and Administration Department focuses on sound financial practices and creating a safe environment for our students, faculty, and staff. The Department of Human Resources manages the employment experience for the College's most important assets--its employees--through implementing equitable and inclusive policies and practices. Institutional Effectiveness monitors the College's progress in meeting its goals through data analysis. The College Advancement Department oversees charitable fundraising efforts, as well as marketing and communications for the College. Our Information Technology Office coordinates delivery of technology across all departments of the College.
