Spring 2024 Graduation Application Deadline – March 31

If you plan to graduate with an Associate degree, Career Studies Certificate, or Certificate program in May, you must submit an application to graduate. The deadline to submit your application is March 31 at 11:59 pm. If you have questions, email graduation@rappahannock.edu.

To apply to graduate follow the steps in your student portal through myRCC. Click here for instructions.

After you’ve applied to graduate, you will need to register for the Commencement ceremony you wish to attend. To register for the ceremony students will receive an email with a Google form closer to the ceremony dates. Once students register they will automatically be added to a list to receive tickets and parking passes which are required to attend the ceremony.

Register here to receive your parking pass and tickets for family and friends to celebrate you.

Tickets and parking passes will be distributed to students the week prior to graduation along with cap and gown and other regalia.

Students are required to wear a black gown and cap for the ceremony. Health Science graduates are required to wear their white robes and black cap.

  • A “live stream” will be available for the event.
  • If you have any additional questions, please email graduation@rappahannock.edu and your question(s) will be answered within 48 hours.
  • Yours Truly Photographer will be taking photos for purchase.

Congratulations! It’s time to celebrate your hard work and determination with the support of your family, friends, faculty, mentors, and classmates!
