The goals support the college mission and the current strategic plan.  The results are analyzed and discussed annually with yearly improvement objectives implemented as needed.

 

I.  ACCESS to Exceptional Training and Educational Opportunities

GOAL 1 – CONNECTIONS

  1. Increase RCC Fall admissions applications by 5% in Fall 2023 over Fall 2021.

  1. Nursing: Increase Student Licensure Rates. Target above national mean for ADN and 85% or greater for PN.
    Nursing 2022 51/56 passed for 91.07%. PN 2022 results 32/36 passed for 88.89%
  2. Increase industry-recognized credentials to 600 in FY23.

IV. SUCCESS as CITIZENS

GOAL 1 – Student preparation in General Education Skills

  1. RCC General Education Assessment. Target 80% of students score 60% or higher.

  2. General Education Graduate Survey Results. Target-Students rate their General Education competency a 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
