Nelnet Tuition Payment Plan

Rappahannock Community College provides payment plan options to help you afford education. Paying-as-you-go is the best way to pay your education expenses. Why make a large payment each semester when you can spread your education expenses over smaller monthly payments?

Low Cost, no approval required
The cost to participate is $30, non-refundable enrollment fee.

Payment Methods

• Automatic bank payment (ACH) via checking or statement savings
• Credit card/debit card – Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover accepted. A service fee of 2.7% assessed for each transaction.

Payments are processed on the 16th of the month and will continue until the balance is paid in full. 

NOTE:  All deposits and enrollment fees are processed immediately.

Simple Steps to Enroll (after class registration is complete)

• Log on to myRCC, then click on VCCS SIS Student Information System
• Select the "My Student Information" tile (may need to turn off pop-up blockers)
• Under Finances, click on "Apply for Payment Plan"

Balance Adjustments: Please do not assume your balance will automatically adjust if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online.

Students: If someone is paying on your behalf, you MUST set them up as an Authorized Payer.

Authorized Payers: If you are paying on behalf of the student, the student must access or set up their account first and then add you as an Authorized Payer.

• If you have used Nelnet before, simply Sign In to manage your account. 
• If you are new to Nelnet, click on the link in your email invite to create an account.

Note: All down payments and enrollment fees are processed immediately upon enrollment. If the payment “fails” the plan will be terminated.
