RCC Goals for and Outcomes of Student Achievement (2025-27)
The goals support the college mission, the strategic plan 2025-2027 (SP), the VCCS strategic plan “Accelerate Opportunity (AO)”, and the VCCS Presidential Evaluation (PE). The results are analyzed and discussed annually with yearly improvement objectives implemented as needed.

I. Reaching More RCC Service Region Residents
- Increase the number of working age students enrolled to 830 in 2026-27 (AO 2.4) (PE) Baseline: 2023-24 799 VCCS goal for RCC 877 by 2029-30
