Statewide Transfer Agreements
Virginia’s Community Colleges provide students with a clear transfer pathway to the Commonwealth’s four-year colleges and universities through statewide Guaranteed Admissions Agreements (GAA).
At RCC, students gain more than just the opportunity to earn a degree or certificate—they gain access to the Commonwealth’s top four-year institutions. Graduates who complete an associate degree at RCC with the required minimum GPA are eligible for guaranteed admission to participating colleges and universities.
Note: Due to the merger of Radford University and Jefferson College of Health Sciences, the current GAA is out of date. The VCCS is currently in the process of revising the GAA.
