Building Our Area’s Healthcare Workforce
Situated on land owned by the RCC Educational Foundation and adjacent to the main Warsaw campus, the 10,000-square-foot facility will feature two classrooms, five simulation labs, an ambulance bay, secure storage, student collaboration areas, and five faculty offices. This will be the first new instructional building on the campus in 45 years, significantly enhancing our capacity to provide top-tier training resources for students. A celebratory groundbreaking was held in March 2026, construction is scheduled for completion in May 2027 with classes starting there in the fall of 2027.

The RCC Educational Foundation is close to its $8 million construction goal and is also pursuing funding for furniture, fixtures, and equipment to round out the total project.
