Interlibrary Loan Requests (ILL)

To use Interlibrary Loan (ILL), you must be a registered student or staff member with the college and have no outstanding fines or blocks with the library or the college. Public patrons may submit requests from the Richmond County Public Library web site.

Place an ILL Request online or in person:

Online:  Select the applicable link below and complete the information request form.

• Interlibrary Loan Book or DVD Request
• Interlibrary Loan Journal Article Request 

REQUESTS MUST CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION

• Your Name and Student ID number
• Address
• Phone number
• Email address
• Complete information for the item(s) requested (title, author, date of publication, volume, issue and page number(s) for magazine, journals or other periodicals)
• Campus location where you want to pick up the item. (We will contact you when the item is ready for pickup.)

Print Forms are also available at the Library Service Desks at each campus.
