Jumping into the Business world
If you’re a fan of Shark Tank and you think you’ve got what it takes to run your own business, then enroll in our Business Administration Specialization Transfer Degree. We’ll place you in the right classes to ensure that you’ll graduate with an associate degree. Then, you’ll be ready to take the next step to a four-year school.
There are many paths that lead to business success. The first step is to apply to start our Business Administration program.
Core Classes and More
Our Business Administration degree spans four semesters and will learn subjects, such as Macro and Microeconomics, Accounting and more. You’ll complete most of those core classes here (like English, writing, history, basic math) so when you’re ready to transfer to a four-year school, you’ll be ready to jump into your major.
Getting Started at RCC:
- Apply online or in person.
- Have your official high school transcripts sent to RCC to see if you can use your high school grades to substitute for a placement test. If you need to take a placement test, Placement tests cost $5 and scores are good for two years. Call a counselor at 804-758-6730 (Glenns Campus) or 804-333-6730 for more information.
- Complete your Federal Application for Federal Student Aid (FASFA) and add RCC School Code 009160
- Meet with a counselor to review your placement test scores and register for class.
