Certificate Course in Electronic Medical Records Administration
The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act ordered that patient health records be input into computerized systems in a digital format. The transition to electronic health records is now well underway. This course is organized to provide learners with a comprehensive understanding of the history, theory and functional benefits of Electronic Health Records (EHR). It is estimated that the need for skilled persons in a variety of EHR positions will make this a demand area.
