One of the “tricks” to effectively serving the business needs of the Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck counties is to cycle in training for relevant occupations as the business needs emerge — or before. Rappahannock Community College has become known in the state for doing this well. RCC has worked with businesses and government to construct education consortia and new training programs that increase the availability of credentialed workers in our region. Programs such as welding, HVAC, and EMT are just a few. Please let us know how we may serve you or your company better. We look forward to seeing you.
