Career Clusters

What is a Career Cluster? 

A Career Cluster is a nationally recognized structure for grouping occupations and broad industries based on common characteristics.  These groupings assist individuals in investigating careers and enrolling in programs of study to enhance or advance their career goals.  The RCC Workforce and Community Development Department currently offers training in the following Career Clusters.  We encourage you to visit each of these pathways to discover training opportunities that will provide you with new skills or strengthen existing ones.
