Help Desk Service Level Agreement for Students via rcchelp@rappahannock.edu

Help desk services are available Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., with the exception of holidays and inclement weather. Our service goal is to respond to your requests within the 24-48 hrs. during regular business hours when possible. Requests received after hours will be answered promptly the following business day.
