By forming partnerships with secondary schools, businesses and industries and other community organizations, RCC strives to attract a diverse student body.
Recruitment and Outreach initiatives include Dual Enrollment, Tech Prep and Career Coaches. Recruiting activities coordinated by the college recruiter include high school visits, school presentations, participation in college fairs, coordinated campus visits, community meetings, and other education-related events.
