RCC schedule replaced by upbeat magazine

Rappahannock Community College has just launched myRCC, a new magazine designed to replace the formerly distributed Schedule of Classes.

myRCC_Cover-Sp14The myRCC magazine is an innovative publication which will make it easy for students, parents, and counselors to see what courses are needed to fulfill their chosen degree and certificate requirements, and what campus or online options are available to them. The next step in enrolling would be to visit the RCC website ( and view the individual courses, which are listed by section number, time, place, instructor, and required textbook. Once incoming students find courses that fit their schedules, it’s easy to apply and register online, call one of RCC’s campus counselors or advisors, or ask for assistance on campus at one of RCC’s convenient locations.

Also to be found in myRCC are semester calendars, contact information, and student stories that show how RCC serves the needs of the community. RCC regards the release of this new publication as a giant step forward in its accessibility to the public, and hopes that it will help students to feel that myRCC . . . is their RCC.
