It is very important that as a new student you pay your tuition on time so that you will be able to attend all of your classes and become a successful first year student at RCC. You can use the VA Wizard to calculate your tuition cost.
Tuition payment is due by the deferred payment deadline or at the time of registration unless you have chosen to use the Nelnet Tuition Payment Plan. You may pay tuition by cash, money order, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Nelnet, or Financial Aid. Instructions on how to pay tuition and fees using the online SIS can be found on the admissions section of this website .
Tuition is required for credit courses, developmental courses, and courses being audited. Current tuition rates are printed in the class schedule and under the Business Office department on this website. Payment entitles you to use the library, bookstore, student lounge, and other facilities of the college.
Prior to making payment be sure to print and check your class schedule to ensure you are registered for the correct courses on the days, times, and campus locations that meet your needs. You are responsible for making sure your registration is correct.
Students receive a web payment confirmation immediately following successful online payment and are encouraged to print the confirmation page. The Business Office CANNOT reprint a Web Payment Confirmation.
Students will receive a receipt from the Business Office when making payment in person on campus. It is very important to check the receipt for errors.
Another important step to remember is to purchase textbooks. Textbooks can be purchased in the Follett Bookstore on either campus or online using Follett Bookstore Online. You will be required to have a copy of your class schedule with you when visiting the bookstore on campus.
