Purpose

The Rappahannock Community College Educational Foundation, Inc. (RCC/EFI) is a nonprofit charitable Virginia corporation dedicated to supporting the mission of Rappahannock Community College of success through quality learning. RCC/EFI is dedicated to assisting residents of the college's twelve-county service region gain access to affordable and effective higher education by gathering, managing, and distributing financial resources through its scholarships, endowments, and outreach programs.

RCC/EFI is governed by a volunteer board of directors that represent the 12 counties that RCC serves. These directors give generously of their time and talent.
