Student Outcomes Assessment
The Office of Institutional Effectiveness is responsible for providing leadership and assistance in developing a system of continuous evaluation and feedback to improve student learning, program enhancement and operational efficiency at Rappahannock Community College. The goal of the Office is to engage the college community, through the Institutional Effectiveness Council, to develop and use assessment techniques that will improve teaching and student learning, based on the college mission.
