Introduction to SmartBoards–Join us for an introduction to using SmartBoards. We will go over four of the different routes to opening a Smart Notebook file, using the interactive pen, changing pen colors, using the eraser, capturing a screen, using shades, inserting pull tabs, where to find useful tools in the gallery, how to save to “My Content”, and finally where to find complete lessons using the SmartBoard that you can borrow from.
Using the SmartBoard in Higher Education
In this session, we will demonstrate the use of the SmartBoard in a college level course. We will provide examples from several disciplines. Importing Power Point slides that you have created or were provided by a publisher, exporting your lesson as a PDF to be uploaded on your Course Management System, as well as tips and tricks to engage students will be shared.
