I have been working at RCC for almost 10 years. During that time I have worked in the Distance Learning and Technology Office helping faculty and students with online courses offered at RCC. The Distance Learning Department offers over 50 online courses a semester. In addition to working with online courses, I am the Blackboard Administrator which is RCC’s online course management tool. I have a very active roll in helping students at RCC with technology and help desk questions. So as a student when you need a password reset for myRCC or having problems getting into Blackboard, you will more than likely be seeking my assistance. I look forward to helping all students be successful at RCC.
