Special Notes
1. TEAS taken in testing center before application submitted, by appointment only.
2. Minimum cummulative GPA 2.5 and all curriculum courses must have C or better.
3. WarsawCampus – application by mid-March submitted to program coordinator, program runs August-July.
4. Glenns Campus – application by mid-March submitted to program coordinator, program runs August-July.
5. Upon successful completion of LPN program, students are eligible to apply to take NCLEX-PN for licensure.
6. Completion of physical and dental exams, drug screening, and background checks are required upon acceptance into the program. Further discussion of additional waivers and requirements will be discussed at LPN orientation.
