Student Technical Help Desk

The Student Technical Helpdesk at RCC helps students with technology issues on campus, via phone assistance, and e-mail support. Our team is dedicated to providing timely and quality service to students, to ensure that they have the technological assistance to be successful during their academic careers. Online help is provided on the college’s student helpdesk website. Students can email the RCC helpdesk at along with contact our office at 804-333-6786 for technical assistance. On campus assistance is located in Room 158 at Warsaw and Room 181 at Glenns. The helpdesk provides assistance to students in the following areas:

  • single sign-on login and password resets
  • Technology related issues with Blackboard and student e-mail
  • General Student Information System questions.
  • Answers to general computer-related questions.
  • RCC website assistance
