Student Technical Help Desk
The Student Technical Helpdesk at RCC helps students with technology issues via phone assistance, and e-mail support. Our team is dedicated to providing timely and quality service to students, to ensure that they have the technological assistance to be successful during their academic careers. The helpdesk provides assistance to students in the following areas:
- single sign-on login and password resets
- Technology related issues with Blackboard and student e-mail
- General Student Information System questions.
- Answers to general computer-related questions.
- RCC website assistance
- General course software-related questions.
