RCC encourages the use of its facilities by college or community groups, to the extent that such use does not interfere with the orderly conduct of college affairs or conflict with the college’s educational mission and its role as an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

The following priorities apply to the use of the college’s general educational facilities: (1) the for-credit education program of the college; (2) approved student services activities; (3) college-sponsored noncredit events and activities; (4) events and activities sponsored by non-profit community groups within the area served by the college and (5) events and activities sponsored by other non-college groups.
