Tuition Payment Plan

To help meet your educational expenses, Rappahannock Community College is pleased to provide Nelnet tuition payment plan. For a non-refundable fee, Nelnet allows you to pay your tuition in monthly payments. The earlier you enroll, the more payment options you have. You may enroll in the Nelnet plan or review the available payment plans at Nelnet e-Cashier or contact Nelnet Tuition Management at 1-800-609-8056.

NOTE: If you are using Nelnet to pay your tuition, enroll in Nelnet first and wait until the next business day to enroll in your classes or you may be dropped for non-payment.

Credit Cards

Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

Credit card payments may be made using the Student Information System.

You may go to either campus to pay your tuition and fees. Please contact the Business Office for office hours.

Check Regulations

• $35 returned check fee. If your check is returned, you must pay your tuition promptly or your registration will be cancelled and your records withheld.
• Postdated checks will not be accepted.
• Checks will not be accepted for a sum larger than the amount of the transaction.

DEFERRED PAYMENT – Closed May 10, 2012

SAME DAY PAYMENT – beginning May 10, 2012, payment is due in full on the same day you register.
If your tuition and fees are not received by the due date, you will be dropped from all classes. If you attempt to re-register you may find that some or all courses no longer have space available.
