Payments are processed on the 20th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full. If a credit/debit card is used, a convenience fee is charged in addition to the enrollment fee.
Cost to Participate
- $35, $40, or $45 enrollment fee per semester depending on the number of monthly payments (ACH & credit card)
- $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned

The e-Cashier is available only during specific registration periods
Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is recieved or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online at www.mypaymentplan.com or call the college cashier to confirm a change. (804) 758-6720

NOTE: All down payments are processed immediately! If you are not current on your payments by August 31 for fall semester and January 24 for spring semester you will be dropped from the plan.
NOTE: If you are using Nelnet to pay your tuition, enroll in Nelnet first and wait until the next business day to enroll in your classes or you may be dropped for non-payment.
