Governance Committee Role
The Governance Committee structure at RCC allows the college community to institutionalize improvement suggestions and to include greater discussion of college-wide issues. Purpose and charge information exists for each Governance Committee in this document’s Appendix.
The RCC Strategic Priorities Action Plan lists objectives for each Strategic Priority, along with which committee and/or other individuals are responsible for the activities mentioned.
The President’s Planning Advisory Council (PPAC) facilitates the college planning process and assures broad discussion and review of college-wide initiatives, such as institutional effectiveness.
